Quotes and invoices

From accepted quote to scheduled job.

When a customer agrees to the work, the details should not have to start again in a different list.

The idea in brief

The paperwork belongs with the visit, not in another list.

The agreement belongs with the work

A quote sets out what you have offered. Once it is accepted, the next step is organising the job. Keeping those records connected makes it easier for the office to understand what was agreed and what needs to happen.

In CleanerPal, the quote can lead into the job. Your office then plans the visit and assigns the people who will do the work.

Make the status easy to understand

A draft is different from a quote you have sent. An accepted quote is different from one that has expired. Clear statuses help the office see what needs attention without treating every record as the same task.

The same principle applies to invoices. A sent invoice and a part-paid invoice need different follow-up. Keep the status visible beside the details.

Keep payments in the right relationship

Your customers pay your cleaning business. CleanerPal supplies the office software. Keep that distinction clear in your documents and in the way you explain payment to customers.

Quotes and invoices are included in every paid office plan. You do not need a public booking page to use them.

One customer. Two business documents.

These current app captures show Olivia Brooks’s accepted quote and a separate invoice for the same customer. They demonstrate the two screens, without claiming this invoice was converted from that quote.
