CleanerPal is business software for cleaning firms. We aim to make the office, booking pages, and public legal pages usable with keyboard, zoom, and a screen reader.

1. What we aim for

Public pages and the office should remain usable when the browser zoom is increased, when a keyboard is used instead of a mouse, and when a common screen reader is used with a current desktop browser.

We do not claim a named WCAG conformance certificate unless we publish one separately.

2. What this is not

This statement is not a warranty, not an SLA, and not a promise that every control works with every assistive product. Mobile apps follow the platform’s own settings (Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, TalkBack) where the OS exposes them.

3. Booking pages the firm sends to householders

The firm is responsible for the words, colours, and files it puts on a booking page or firm site. If the firm chooses low contrast or unreadable images, that is the firm’s content.

4. How to tell us

If a page cannot be used with keyboard, zoom, or a screen reader, write to the contact details on cleanerpal.com with:

• the URL;
• the browser and device;
• what you were trying to do.

We will consider a reasonable adjustment to the product we control. We are not required to rebuild a firm’s own branding choices.

5. Who this binds

This statement is issued by CLEANER PAL LTD only. It does not create personal duties for any director, shareholder, or employee.
