This list is the public schedule to the Data Processing Addendum. The firm authorises these providers when it uses CleanerPal.
1. Always on (needed to run the product)

2. Only when the firm turns the tool on

| SMS provider configured in Settings | Texts the firm sends |
If the firm leaves mail or SMS off, those providers are not used for that firm’s operational notices.
3. What we do not use as a sub-processor
- A live map or GPS vendor, unless we have enabled that feature in writing for that firm.
- An advertising network on the logged-in office.
- A second firm’s database.
4. Changes
We may add or replace a sub-processor where it is needed to run the service. We will keep this page current. Continued use after a published change is authorisation of that provider.
5. Responsibility
CLEANER PAL LTD remains responsible to the firm for these providers under the DPA. The firm has no contract with a director or shareholder of CLEANER PAL LTD.
