Getting started
What is CleanerPal?
CleanerPal is office software for cleaning firms. It brings your diary, jobs, customer records, quotes, invoices and staff information together. Cleaners use CleanerPal Pro for their day’s work.
Will CleanerPal import my spreadsheet?
There is not a self-serve spreadsheet or WhatsApp import. If you need help moving your information, contact us to discuss the options available to your firm.
Plans and billing
What is included in every paid plan?
Every paid plan includes the same full office. The main differences are the way customers book and the number of included seats. Starter has 3 seats, Basic has 7 and Advanced has 10.
How does the trial work?
Starter, Basic and Advanced each have a 14-day trial of the selected plan. A card is required during setup. You can change plan during the trial without restarting its 14 days. Your charge and cancellation details are shown before you continue. The same email, phone number or bank account cannot start another trial. Custom websites and customer apps do not receive this trial.
Can I add more people?
Yes. Extra seats start at £3 a month, and seat packs are available. Additional seats can also be added during a trial. Check your plan’s included seats before choosing extras.
Are email and text messages included?
Email is included. SMS requires a separate paid pack. The options available for a message depend on the settings your firm has enabled.
Booking options
Which plan do I need for online booking?
Choose Basic for a booking page hosted by CleanerPal. Choose Advanced to embed booking on a website you already have; a hosted page is optional on Advanced. Starter does not include a public booking page.
Does online booking assign a cleaner?
No. Bookings arrive in your office diary. Your firm stays responsible for assigning cleaners and organising the work.

What can cleaners do in CleanerPal Pro?
Cleaners can see today’s work, job details, checklists, keys information and the clock. They cannot reschedule or cancel jobs. Your office remains responsible for the diary.
Account and support
How do I reset my password?
Open the password reset page and enter the email address you use for CleanerPal. Follow the instructions in the reset email.
Who should I contact about a clean I booked?
Contact the cleaning firm you booked with. CleanerPal provides software to firms and does not manage their visits for them.
How do I contact CleanerPal?
For questions about buying CleanerPal, use our contact page. If you already have an account, sign in and use your support route. This design preview does not send messages.
