This policy applies to CleanerPal websites, the office app in a browser, booking pages we host, and related web views.

1. What we use

We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to:

• keep a signed-in session;
• remember the firm the browser is working in;
• protect the login against abuse;
• complete Stripe Checkout or Connect return;
• store a cookie-banner choice.

Those cookies do not require consent under UK PECR because the service cannot run without them.

2. What we do not use on the logged-in office

We do not place advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or cross-site advertising identifiers on the logged-in office.

3. Optional cookies

If we later offer optional analytics, we will only set those after a clear yes. A no leaves the product working. Until that banner exists, assume only strictly necessary cookies are used.

4. Booking pages and firm sites

A booking page or firm site we host for a cleaning firm may set the same necessary session cookies. That firm is not entitled to add its own advertising tags through our product unless we provide that tool.

5. How long

Session cookies end when the browser is closed or the login times out. A “remember this device” choice, if offered, lasts no longer than 12 months unless the user signs out.

6. Control

The firm and its users can delete cookies in the browser. Deleting a necessary cookie will sign the user out.

7. Who this binds

This policy is issued by CLEANER PAL LTD only. It does not create duties for any director, shareholder, or employee personally.
