This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaking it is a material breach. The contract is with CLEANER PAL LTD only.
1. Who it applies to
Every office user, staff login, booker, and anyone the firm allows onto the service.
2. The firm must not, and must not allow others to
- send unlawful, threatening, or harassing messages through the service;
- send bulk marketing that UK law does not allow;
- scrape, probe, load-test, or overload the service without our written OK;
- attempt to read another firm’s database or guess another firm’s URLs;
- put a firm-database name into a customer or householder token;
- upload malware, or content the firm has no right to use;
- store card numbers, CVV, or full bank account credentials in notes or files;
- present CLEANER PAL LTD or any individual behind it as the cleaner, the employer, or the merchant of a householder payment;
- use the product as a marketplace that sends jobs to unrelated firms;
- invent a fifth product, a live price, or a VAT number we have not published;
- resell or white-label the software except as the plan allows;
- use the service outside the United Kingdom;
- turn on live location or map features we have not enabled in writing;
- misstate trial status, seat limits, or payment status.
3. Messages and lists
The firm is the sender of its own email and SMS. The firm must have a lawful basis. We may suspend a send path that looks like abuse. We do not promise delivery.
4. What we may do
We may suspend or end an account, remove content, or refuse a send where we reasonably believe this policy or the law is broken, or where Stripe, a bank, or a regulator requires it. We need not give advance notice where delay would increase harm.
5. Claims
A claim about this policy may be brought only against CLEANER PAL LTD, under the Terms of Service, in the courts of England and Wales. Directors, shareholders, and employees are not parties.
