With Basic, CleanerPal hosts your booking page. You can direct customers to it when they want to arrange a visit. You do not need to build a separate website first.
The booking arrives in your office diary. Your firm still organises the work and assigns the cleaners; the booking page does not do that for you.
If you already have a website
Advanced puts the booking flow on the website you already run. A hosted page is also optional. This is an installation on your existing site, rather than a website rebuild.
The right choice depends on where you want customers to book, not on whether you want access to the full office. Every paid plan includes the same office tools.
If you take bookings yourself
Starter has no public booking page. You add the jobs when customers contact your firm. It still includes the diary, customers, quotes, invoices and cleaner app.
