Practical guide

Review a customer’s quote and invoice.

Use one example to see where the agreement ends and planning the work begins.

What you’ll be able to do

You can review a customer record, an accepted quote and an invoice for that customer.

01Start with the right customer

Check the customer record and service address before creating or sending business documents. This example uses Olivia Brooks’s Riverside record.

02Find the accepted quote

The accepted quote has its status at the top and shows the service and agreed amount. Your office still organises the visit.

03Review the customer invoice

Review the invoice for the same example customer. This is a separate invoice; these captures do not demonstrate conversion from the displayed quote.
