Practical guide

Plan your first visits in the diary.

Move a small, checked set of customer and visit information into a working schedule.

What you’ll be able to do

You can find the customer, identify the planned visit and see who is assigned.

01Prepare a small set of information

Choose a few customers and the visits you need next. Check names, service addresses, dates and the people who can do the work. There is no self-serve spreadsheet or WhatsApp import.

02Review the diary

Choose the date and view. Check which visits are assigned and which still need attention. Do not assume an online booking has chosen a cleaner for you.

03Open and check the job

Review the service, duration, address and assigned cleaner. Keep internal office notes separate from information intended for the cleaner.
